Pom Poms & Polka Dots

Hey ya’ll! My fabulous people! Welcome back to Allyssa K. Lifestyle!

Who loves polka dots? I do! Today’s outfit is super cute! It includes black pom pom shoes, black polka dots and a leather skirt, of course lol Well, let’s get into this look!

This shirt is a new addition to my closet. I’ve had my eye on it for a while. What drew me to it was the fact that the dots aren’t perfect circles, they’re more like tiny splats of paint. They also range in size. These mini bell sleeves give the shirt a flirtatious vibe. Also, there are two cut-outs in the back with bows. Cute and dainty, but simple.

I think you all know that leather is obviously a staple in my closet. I also think you all know that I love each and every leather piece I own, but ya’ll! This skirt is everything! And on top of that it was a gift! And the icing on the cake… It was THRIFTED! Whoop! Whoop! This leather skirt fits me like a gloooove and moves well. It isn’t stiff!

I was down south and the weather was quite windy, so I popped on this trench coat. It was a gift from my sister when I was in 8th or 9th grade, so its definitely durable! It is from New York & Company and very lightweight. Now if only I can find the belt to go with it… Thanks Sissy!

There are two stars on this shoe; the pom poms and the thick heel. The pom poms are cool and add a fun element to the shoe. I picked them up at a boutique on my way home from Atlanta and 20 minutes later I turned around to get them in grey lol The thick heel is also a bit easier to walk in!

I finished the look with a red lip (colourpop), gold hoop earrings (charming charlie), and a GOOD eyebrow!

(peep my high school pic in the back)

Thanks again for stopping by!

Love & Peace,

Allyssa K. Blair

  1. WOW. You tried me in this post. (**On your way back home from Atlanta). We stopped by one of my favorite shoe boutiques to check out some of their latest additions. But who did I have to convince to get this awesome black pair of shoes. Since I wanted to gift them to you. But you being so appreciative only wanted to get one pair due to the price tag. I am driving and get back on I-20 East and taking about the shoes then you finally admit that you desired the grey pair as well. What does a great mom do – take the next exit and go back towards Atlanta to get the grey pair and gift them to my gifted daughter. :-). So my dearest Allyssa – in all thy telling -tell the fullest of the truth. LOOK ING good on you though! God Bless. Love Mom. 🙂 🙂 :-)****
